Central Florida’s annual Parade of Homes showcase event, presented by the Greater Orlando Builders Association, and ODC Construction took place April 1st through April 9th. Fifty-two of Orlando’s best homebuilders, developers, and remodelers participated in this more than 50-year-long Parade of Homes tradition with a total of one hundred entries available for the public to view and tour.

Rey Homes had the privilege of participating at this year’s Parade Of Homes where we invited attendants to experience two of our most cherished VillaSol models, Inspire and Granada. In the category of Production Single Family Under $300K, we are proud to announce that the first place was awarded to our very own modern and luxurious 2,000 sq. ft. 3 bed model, Inspire. This expansive open concept floor plan was designed by Keesee Associates and boasts many modern, as well as eco-friendly, construction materials and appliances, including ceramic tile floors in all standard wet areas, structured audio/visual wiring, automatic irrigation systems, a leak-free air conditioning ductwork system, 14 SEER energy efficient heat pumps, and water saver toilets.

Among the other categories where dozens of models from different homebuilders were awarded, include, the Grand Awards, awards for Design & Remodel, Custom, Community, and Production Multi Family Homes. Each showcased model is put through a rigorous judging process on quality of craftsmanship, products used, architectural design and much more, by building professionals from around the state of Florida and the Southeast.
