The Greater Orlando Builders Association’s Parade of Homes is a distinguished annual event that aims to showcase the best in Central Florida real estate, including new constructions, home design trends, green building applications, and more. This FREE self-guided tour is must-see for any future homebuyer, remodeler, or architecture and design enthusiast.
This year’s Parade will feature 100 entries ranging from new communities, new homes, whole house renovations, and specialty remodeling. It also brings to attendants the chance to win a $10,000 Kitchen Package from S&W Kitchens and Milcarsky’s Appliances. To enter, all you need to do is check in on Facebook during your visit to any of the Parade homes and complete the online registration. Each check-in gives you an entry so make sure to visit both of our homes, Inspire and Granada, for more chances to win!
